I had high hopes for these gloves based on my experience with other Under Armour products. Sadly, they are not that great, and actually, not even as described.

Under Armour's web site says they are "Highly water resistant". They aren't water resistant at all. A drop of water on these gloves does not bead up or roll off at all. It soaks right in. In fact, I'd say "water absorbant" is a more accurate description. They also claim the gloves are "fleece lined". Well, there is fleece lining, but it only covers the back part of your hand - not the fingers or sides. So actually only about 30% of the inside is fleece lined. They are not particularly warm either, not that you'd expect that from such a thin glove, but they are advertised as "Cold Gear" and "for maximum warmth" however.

My final complaint is that they are not well cut. The XL size is poorly measured, leaving a web between thumb and forefinger that anyone who has worn undersized gloves will be familiar with. The pattern on the thumb has also been economized leaving a thick seam right down the tip of your thumb, interfering with anything you try to do that requires some dexterity, especially pushing small buttons. The grippy surface is well designed, making it easy to pick up slippery things like cell phones or keys without removing the glove.

Overall, a pretty poor product considering the price. I am sending mine back.
