I was turned onto this while dating a long distance runner and complaining about chafing on my inner thighs on days when I'd be in for a lot of walking around. Well, the girl didn't end up being much good, but this stuff was awesome. Now I use it everyday and never have any problems from my legs rubbing together, whether just on my feet all day at work or for long, sweaty exercise. This isn't a cheap, scam-y product like I'd been worried about. Highly recommended.

Have used this on many long runs/marathons/ultramarathons and can't complain with any experience. Used on "upper-inner thigh", nipples, lats, privates, feet, etc. with positive experience every time. Just a shame that the clothing/weather forces you to have to use this product. Not many experiences in torrential downpours, but it does take a little extra scrubbing to remove in the shower afterwards, so i imagine it holds up fairly well. Have not tried any other comperable products to compare to however, outside of Vaseline. IMHO, this product works better than straight Vaseline.

This worked great I was useing vaseoline for years at work but this stuff works great and stopped my chaffing problems.It is a little pricey but it works great and the stick last a lot longer than I had thought it would. I am a 240lb man that works in a hot plant all day I got a month out of the smallest stick of glide. Dont be afraid to try it you will be glad you did. Feel free to email me if you have any ?

If you're doing an a physical activity where its hot and humid, Body Glide is a great product that will save you a lot of misery later on.

When starting to work-out/walk/run again after baby arrived I was plagued by inner thigh chafing where I still carry a few pounds. I raided my husbands closet for his BodyGlide (he uses it for marathoning and all kinds of USMC activities) and low and behold--I love this stuff! When I first put it on and touched the skin it *seemed* like it was going to be tacky and just make my problem worse BUT IT DIDN'T! After three steps I forgot it was there. I'm out for an hour at noon on the beach trail and hills pushing a stroller getting hot and sweaty and this stuff holds up. I'd pay triple what they're asking for it because it SAVES me.
